EU Platform on Coexistence between People and large Carnivores launched

Wednesday, 25 June 2014

In order to solve the social conflict over large carnivores, on 10 June 2014, the European Commission launched the EU platform on Coexistence between People and Large Carnivores in Brussels.

The Platform will support constructive dialogue between key stakeholder organizations at the European level.

It will be the place where farmers, conservationists, hunters, landowners and scientists can exchange ideas and best practices on sharing the same land with large carnivores.
